Alright, fine. I’m James Dusek, a maker from Austin, Texas.

Maker of what? Who knows. Paintings, photographs, sculptures, illustrations, clothes, prints, poems, whatever.

In 2017, I co-founded ReWrite Media, where I lead branding, creative direction, and other miscellaneous whatnot for various projects and brands working in Minecraft. Five years later it’s still hard to explain how I make my living, but at least my parents have learned to stop asking.

I’ve spent almost all my life between Austin and San Antonio. The tacos are better in San Antonio, coffee’s better here. If you need recommendations for either, hit my line.
